Pineapple Margarita

Need something to sip on by the pool this summer? This marg is going to be your new best friend! Perfect for Taco Tuesday, #NationalTequilaDay or soaking up some sunshine! You'll need:

- 3 cups of Tequila

- 1 cups of Triple Sec

- 5 cups of Pineapple Juice

- 1 can of Limeade

- 1 can of Margarita Mix

- 4 cups water

This recipe makes 1 gallon of margaritas, but can easily be doubled to make a larger batch!

Combine the liquid ingredients in a large pitcher. Scoop out the frozen, concentrated limeade and marg mix into the liquid mixture and stir until dissolved. Make up to 24 hours in advance and keep refrigerated or in the freezer. **If you decide to freeze the mix, be sure to place in a freezer safe container, leaving a little room for it to expand. Take out 30 minutes before serving to soften and become a slushy consistency!**

I made these before heading to the pool for the day and they were also great on the rocks! Be careful as the pineapple juice masks the potency! If serving in traditional margarita glasses or frozen, rim the glass with coarse salt and garnish with a wedge of lime. Enjoy!

*** Notice the #COOLA products on my beach towel?! They were sent to me via Influenster to test and I am OBSESSED with them! The pink bottle is a face moisturizer and the teal bottle is a salt scalp spray - both with 30 SPF! These babes are keeping my skin safe this summer! #STAYCOOLA #COOLAsuncare**
